Dr Chua is the Medical Director and Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Advanced Eye Clinic & Surgery in Singapore. He graduated top of his class with honours from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and earned advanced ophthalmology qualifications from the National University of Singapore and the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Dr Chua is a fellow of both prestigious institutions and a member of several prominent ophthalmology societies worldwide.
He specializes in general ophthalmology with a focus on cataract and refractive surgery. Dr Chua pioneered laser-assisted cataract surgery at Mount Elizabeth Hospital and has treated numerous patients, including VIPs and celebrities from across Asia. His expertise extends to advanced vision correction procedures such as LASIK, SMILE, PRK, epi-LASIK, and phakic intraocular lens implantation for conditions like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.

Dr Mohamad Rosman is a distinguished senior consultant ophthalmologist with extensive expertise in refractive and cataract surgery. He served as Head of the Refractive Surgery Department and led the Laser Vision Centre at the Singapore National Eye Centre from 2014 until transitioning to private practice in 2023. Over his career, he has performed more than 20,000 surgeries, including LASIK, SMILE, PRK, LASEK, transPRK, ICL, and advanced cataract procedures with intraocular lenses.
Dr Rosman graduated as valedictorian from the National University of Singapore in 1997 and earned fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and Academy of Medicine in Ophthalmology. He completed advanced fellowships in refractive surgery at the Singapore National Eye Centre and the VISSUM Eye Institute in Spain. He held multiple leadership roles, including clinical director, department head, chairman of the Medical Devices Committee, and key faculty in ophthalmology training.
He has trained numerous local and international ophthalmologists, contributed to over 100 talks, publications, and media features, and actively participates in humanitarian missions. Dr Rosman has received multiple national and professional awards in medicine and military service. He remains involved as a visiting consultant, SAF Senior Lieutenant Colonel, and continues to contribute actively to ophthalmology education and clinical practice.

Dr Lee is a senior consultant ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon at Advanced Eye Clinic and Surgery. She previously led the Surgical Retina department at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC), overseeing most surgical retina care in Singapore. Her expertise spans retinal detachment surgery, complications linked to high myopia, diabetic retinopathy, and macula surgery. She is also an accomplished cataract surgeon skilled in various intraocular lens corrections and managing complex cataract cases including scleral-fixated lenses and post-surgery complications.
Dr Lee’s distinguished career at SNEC paved the way for her private practice. She was appointed Clinical Associate Professor at Duke NUS Graduate Medical School, playing a pivotal role in developing its ophthalmology program. Passionate about education, she was a core faculty member for the SNEC Residency Program and actively taught local and international fellows in Surgical Retina. She is a frequent speaker at ophthalmology conferences worldwide, discussing retinal disease management, imaging, and surgery.
Her research focuses on retinal complications from myopia, retinal detachments, diabetic retinopathy, AMD, and gene therapy. Dr Lee chaired SNEC’s Research and Innovation Committee and led significant fundraising efforts for SingHealth-Duke NUS Charity Gala.
