Dr. Vikram Sonawane Janardan is the Medical Director at Harmony Thyroid, Endocrinology and Diabetes Centre and a Senior Consultant Endocrinologist at Integrated Specialist Centre. With over 12 years of experience in endocrinology and more than 20 years as an internist, his clinical expertise includes thyroid disorders, diabetes, obesity, pituitary and adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and reproductive health issues.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Vikram served as a Consultant Endocrinologist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), where he led the Thyroid Service and established the Thyroid & Fine Needle Aspiration and Cytology (FNAC) Clinic. His outstanding contributions earned him multiple Service Champion awards from KTPH.
Dr. Vikram earned his MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from the University of Mumbai and holds MRCP and FRCP fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians, UK. He completed his advanced specialty training in Singapore and pursued a Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) fellowship in Clinical Thyroidology and FNAC at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in the USA.
A passionate educator, Dr. Vikram serves as a Senior Lecturer at both the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS) and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (NTU). He actively mentors medical students, residents, and nurses. Additionally, his research contributions include peer-reviewed publications with over 350 reads, and he frequently presents at scientific conferences.
