He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1993, earned his Master of Medicine in Surgery in 1998, and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the same year. He completed his general surgery training in 2002, followed by a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Florida, specializing in colorectal surgery.
Dr. Ho has held several prominent leadership roles, including serving as President of the College of Surgeons Singapore, the ASEAN Society of Colorectal Surgeons, and the Society of Colorectal Surgeons (Singapore). He is currently the Assistant Master of the Academy of Medicine Singapore.
