Dr. Richard Chen is a Consultant Endocrinologist with a strong commitment to medical education and endocrine advancement. He was awarded the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence (2007/2008) and served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS from 2010 to 2012.
Dr. Chen has played a pivotal role in organizing the Course in Advanced Endocrinology in collaboration with EMSS and the Mayo Clinic (USA), a renowned international conference held biennially. Since 2009, he has also contributed to shaping the future of endocrinology training as a member of the Ministry of Health’s Specialist Training Committee.
