Dr. Karmen Wong is a medical oncologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She received her oncology training at the National University Hospital (NUH), the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCC), and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) through an HMDP scholarship.
A pioneer in her field, Dr. Wong helped establish Singapore’s first multi-disciplinary breast cancer treatment program at NCC two decades ago, creating a collaborative approach to cancer care. She also initiated the bone marrow transplant program for solid tumors at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) in 1997. Her contributions to oncology earned her an award for oral presentation at SGH’s 9th Annual Scientific Meeting in 1988.

Dr. Chin spent over 20 years at the National Cancer Center in Singapore and is currently a visiting consultant at KK Women and Children’s Hospital.
