His dedication to advancing minimally invasive techniques earned him the role of Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Department of Colorectal Surgery, SGH in 2009 and the Long Service Award in 2010.

Dr. Ng is particularly passionate about providing patient-centered colorectal cancer care. He emphasizes the importance of early detection through regular colonoscopies and offers a range of piles (haemorrhoids) treatments, from conservative management to advanced procedures.
