Dr. Melanie Seah

National University of Singapore

Dr. Melanie Seah began her medical training at the National University of Singapore in 1995, followed by residency in General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She later earned her Fellowship in General Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK.

To further specialize in breast oncoplastic surgery, Dr. Seah received the Health Manpower Development Plan scholarship from the Ministry of Health. She trained at the Marien Hospital in Düsseldorf, Germany, under the mentorship of Professor Audretsch Werner, a renowned expert in breast oncoplastic surgery.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Seah is dedicated to mentoring future medical professionals. She has served as a senior clinical lecturer at the Department of Surgery, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and as a clinical teacher at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
