Dr. Tang, a specialist breast cancer surgeon with over 15 years of experience, focuses on breast conservation surgery, breast reconstruction (Oncoplasty), and sentinel node biopsy. The clinic emphasizes early detection, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for breast cancer and benign breast conditions. Recognizing the financial concerns associated with treatment, The Breast Clinic participates in various insurance panels to ease the burden on patients.

Dr. Anthony PH Tang

Dr. Anthony Tang is a specialist Breast Cancer surgeon with expertise in Breast Conservation Surgery, Breast Reconstruction (Oncoplasty), and Sentinel Node Biopsy. An ASEAN scholar, he received a Commonwealth Scholarship for Medicine to study in Melbourne, Australia. He completed his surgical training and earned joint specialist fellowships from the Singapore and UK (Edinburgh) boards, along with two postgraduate Master’s degrees in Medicine (Surgery) and Public Health (Clinical Epidemiology).

With over 20 years of experience as a Minimally Invasive and Breast Cancer Surgeon at the National University Health System (NUHS), Dr. Tang later continued his practice at Raffles Medical Group as a Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon. He also has a strong background in medical device innovation, receiving the inaugural Singapore-Stanford Biodesign Fellowship in 2011 and serving as Fellowship Head. As a Clinical Principal Investigator, he secured over $4 million in research grants and was appointed as an Associate Professor at NUS.

Dr. Tang is an advocate for breast cancer screening and frequently speaks at local and international conferences, as well as public symposiums. Committed to giving back, he co-founded a surgical volunteer and charity organization within NUHS to provide outreach programs for underprivileged communities in Asia. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis and badminton.
